    Abstract:This article is dedicated to Izgali Bainashev, one of the founders and key organizers of the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University. Bainashev, a distinguished figure in the field of chemistry, was among those repressed during the Soviet era. Despite his brief tenure as the head of the department at Aktobe State Medical Institute, he succeeded in establishing a well-organized department with a highly qualified team, ensuring a robust educational process. The memory of such influential figures is honored with deep respect.
